We are honored to share that Amor a la Familia has been recognized by two respected spirits competitions in our first year — the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the 2026 Bartender Spirits Awards.

2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition

Since its introduction in 2000, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) has become one of the most respected and influential spirits competitions in the world, with awards recognized as a trusted indication of spirits excellence.

The 2026 competition brought together over 4,000 entries judged by a panel of 50+ established spirits industry experts, including bartenders, writers, retailers, importers, distributors, and more.

We are proud to share that all three Amor a la Familia expressions — Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo — were individually judged and each awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2026 SFWSC.

2026 Bartender Spirits Awards

Our journey continued with recognition at the 2026 Bartender Spirits Awards, a competition created for the U.S. on-premise industry and judged by the people who help decide what goes behind the bar — bartenders, bar managers, and buyers.

The competition evaluates spirits based on what matters in hospitality: quality, packaging, and value.

We are honored to receive:

Añejo — Gold Medal | 91 Points
Reposado — Silver Medal | 89 Points
Blanco — Bronze Medal | 83 Points

As a new, independent tequila brand, these recognitions mean more than medals. They represent a meaningful step forward in sharing Amor a la Familia with more restaurants, bars, and spaces where people come together.

This brand was built with patience, intention, and love — from working alongside our partner distillery in Jalisco to bringing each bottle into the hands of our community.
